The desktop app detects what's installed on launch. If you pick an app that isn't installed, it walks you through installing it — built-in or from the official site.
No. Your original config is backed up before connecting and restored when you disconnect. Even if the app crashes, it checks and restores on next launch.
Each client card has a plan dropdown. Claude defaults to a Claude plan, Codex to a Codex plan — you can mix across clients, with models limited by the plan's whitelist.
The Usage page shows the last 30 days in real time and reminds you when you're running low.

The installer isn’t code-signed yet, so you may see an “unknown developer” warning. On macOS, right-click the app and choose Open; on Windows, click More info → Run anyway. Code signing is in progress for a smoother install.
Download the latest installer from /download and install over your current version — your config and account stay intact. Auto-update is on the way; it’ll prompt you when a new version drops.
Disconnect first (this restores your client configs), then uninstall via Windows “Add or Remove Programs”, or drag PingAI to Trash from Applications on macOS.
