PingAI is a Hong Kong-registered AI API gateway providing proxy access to third-party models including Claude, GPT and Gemini. You must provide accurate details and are responsible for account activity and API key security.

Terms of Service
Welcome to PingAI. Please read these terms carefully.
2. Acceptable use
You may not break Hong Kong law, create or distribute unlawful content, attack systems, abuse resources, reverse engineer the service or resell it without authorization.
3. Pricing, refunds and SLA
Prices are in HKD and charged by token. Unused balance is fully refundable within 7 days; consumed tokens are non-refundable. Price changes receive 14 days’ notice. Pro and above target 99.9% monthly availability, with service credits calculated under the SLA rules.
4. Data and intellectual property
We process data under the PDPO. Request bodies are not retained by default; only metadata such as time, model and token count is kept. PingAI owns its software, UI and documentation. You retain rights to generated content and must follow upstream terms.
5. Liability and termination
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the previous 12 months. You may close your account; we may suspend or terminate for breach, with notice except in emergencies.
6. Law, changes and contact
Hong Kong SAR law governs these terms and Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Material changes are announced by email and 30 days before taking effect. Contact legal@pingai.hk.
