Referral Program Terms

The following terms govern participation in the PingAI Referral Program. This page is the authoritative version.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be Hong Kong SAR residents aged 18 or above, holding a valid HKID and a local bank / FPS account. Only one referral account is permitted per individual.

2. Points Rules

A referral point is credited when a referred user completes an initial top-up of HK$88 or more and the charge settles successfully. Points convert to cash credit on T+7 and expire if unused.

3. Anti-fraud

Suspicious activity such as shared IPs, disposable (tempmail) inboxes or multiple accounts from the same card will result in immediate freezing of referral points, with PingAI reserving further legal remedies. Appeals may be filed in writing within 30 days.

4. Withdrawal

Withdrawals require completed Customer Due Diligence (CDD) once cumulative withdrawable balance reaches HK$8,000, including identity verification, proof of address and tax data where applicable. Per-request limits follow the notice in effect at the time.

5. Tax

Referral payouts are personal income for tax purposes under the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112). PingAI files IR56M notifications to the IRD annually; participants must report the income accurately on their tax return.

6. Termination and Changes

PingAI may amend or terminate this program with 30 days' prior written notice. Unsettled points before the change follow the pre-amendment rules. Participants may withdraw in writing at any time; frozen or violated points are non-refundable.
